    Tolerances a little tight for proofgrade

    Beautiful design, but my first attempt with this on proof grade maple plywood failed due to the tight tolerances on the joints. I broke two pieces trying to fit them together. Second attempt on standard 1/8" birch plywood worked like a charm.
