    File works great with Baltic birch or Medium Draftboard

    I cut this file from 1/8-inch Baltic birch and it worked perfectly. I do not think this will work with proofgrade medium plywood since the plywood is a little thicker. It should work perfectly with medium draftboard however, since it's the same thickness as the BB. Light plywood may be a little bit thin. I thought the file arrangement could've been a bit better to save some material, and on one of the files I did rearrange things and saved about 3/4 of my board.

    In all though, this file is pressure fit. I had to hammer the pieces into place and I only used glue on the frontwall of the base. So if you are using anything thicker than medium draftboard, this file will not work for you.

    I've got paint pens, alcohol markers, wood glue bottles, adhesives, jewelry supplies, etc store in here with plenty of room to spare. Great organizational tool for my desk. Only thing that could've made it better would be a a section deep enough to hold my mallet, ruler, and scissors.

    Nice large item

    after printing all 5 sheets of pieces I found out that they would not go together. Would probably work great if using glowforge-proof grade wood but I wasn't. Definitely verify that your wood is the correct thickness before cutting as mine was slightly different than the proof grade, Not by much but enough that I couldn't put pieces together.
