The Game of Purr is a two-player strategy/race board game designed for laser cutting, based on an ancient game known as Twenty Squares and the Game of Ur, first played in ancient Mesopotamia approximately 5,000 years ago.
This version of the game is based on rules translated by Irving Finkel at the British Museum during the late 1990s. Finkel’s rules are based on his translation of a 1st millennium cuneiform table.
